Supporting Resilience, Growth & Emotional Wellness

At That Social Work Lady LLC, I provide compassionate therapy for youth (ages 12–17) and young adults (18–25). Whether navigating the pressures of school, identity, friendships, or life transitions, this is a space designed to help young people feel seen, heard, and supported.

As a School Social Work-approved clinician with over 20 years of experience, I deeply understand the intersection between mental health and education. I’ve supported hundreds of students and families through IEPs, Section 504 Plans, and Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs) — helping them access school supports while building emotional resilience and confidence.

  • A supportive space for teens navigating stress, anxiety, friendships, family changes, identity, and academic pressures.

  • Young adulthood can be overwhelming — with big decisions, shifting relationships, and growing responsibilities.

  • For families navigating the school system, I offer coaching and support
