What services do you offer?

We provide the following: Therapy (individual therapy for adults and youth); Coaching (goal focused support for helping professionals); Clinical Supervision (supervision for limited license social workers working toward full licensure).

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, BCBS - Medicare Advantage, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Priority Health. We also accept private pay and can provide a superbill (receipts for reimbursement) if your insurance offers out-of-network benefits.

Coaching and supervision are not covered by insurance.

What are your fees?

• Therapy: $160 per 55 minute session

• Coaching: $800 for 4 sessions; $1500 for 8 sessions

• Clinical Supervision: $120 per hour (individual); Group rates available

How do sessions work? Are they in person or virtual?

All services are currently offered via secure telehealth, allowing flexibility and accessibility through Michigan.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Lat cancellations or no-shows will result in a full session fee.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. As a licensed clinical social worker, confidentiality is a legal and ethical obligation. Exceptions include situations involving harm to self/others, abuse, or court orders.

Do you work with youth and young adults?

Yes, We specialize in support adolescents (12-17) and young adults (18-25) through life transitions, emotional challenges, identity development, school stress, and trauma. Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate.

Do you offer services for organizations or schools?

Yes. We provide training, consultation, and wellness workshops for nonprofits, schools, and businesses. Inquire directly for a custom quote.
