That Social Work Lady, LLC helps individuals, families, and other helpers—especially in Black and BIPOC communities—find healing, strength, and their own power through therapy, supervision, coaching, and advocacy that honors their culture and experiences. We build healing communities using trauma-informed care and proven methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
